Have you read this week’s Torah portion yet?
The Spirit of the LORD is revealing something in it, something that points us to order.
God’s way is order and harmony.
I marvel at God’s creation everyday.
Everything he created flows with intentional design.
Our God is purposeful in everything he does. He is awesome.
In this week’s portion, God instructs Israel to move in unity and order:
“The people of Isra’el are to set up camp by clans, each man with his own banner and under his clan’s symbol; they are to camp around the tent of meeting, but at a distance.”
Numbers 2:1–2 (CJB)
Even in the wilderness, God organized his people tribe by tribe, banner by banner.
Today, thanks to Abba, through Yeshua, we don’t stand at a distance anymore.
“… that through him we both have access in one Spirit to the Father.”
Ephesians 2:18 (CJB)
So no matter how chaotic the world may look today, God’s plan is still on schedule.
His Spirit is moving.
He is gathering His people, clan by clan and setting them in order.
Just like in the wilderness, He’s doing it again. Don’t miss it.
That’s why you need discernment right now. You must know His movement.
Pray for discernment. I am praying for you. The stories of the bible haven’t changed, but this year, the Spirit of the LORD is highlighting them like never before. Many things are taking place, and Abba is making them known.
And there’s something else to note here,
Judah must go first.
"Those camping on the east side toward the sunrise are to be under the banner of the camp of Y’hudah; … This group is to set out first."Numbers 2:3,9 (CJB)
The tribe of (Y’hudah) Judah always leads in battle and in journey. Judah carries the scepter (Gen 49:10). Yeshua, the Lion of Judah, is our King and our leader.
And "Judah" means praise.
So what is God saying?
Let Yeshua (the king, the lion) lead you, and always lift praise to the LORD before all else.
As you walk forward in faith, let praise be on your lips at all times..
You don’t need a choir. You don’t need a crowd.
Just praise in your home, your car, in your quiet time.
Sing of His goodness. Declare his mercies that are new every morning.
Praise moves God.
No matter what you're facing, never stop praising the LORD.
